Welcome to Express Healthcare

At Express Healthcare we pride ourselves in the care we provide for the disabled. We recognise the importance of being independent, especially those who use the aid of a wheelchair or any other form of mobility equipment. Struggling to get around can often be impossible and very expensive and so here at Express Healthcare all clients have the use of our support vehicle which can carry up to three passengers and one wheelchair user.

Our Motto

The mind has great influence over the body and maladies often have their origin there.

— John Doe Molicere

We are registered with the Dignity in Care campaign and through this continually aim to improve the standards of dignity provided in a domestic care setting. We can also be found on the Leeds Keeping House Directory.

Our Objectives

  • For each client to have a comprehensive Care Plan which they have created with us, to ensure that all their needs have been identified and thus enable us to provide the most appropriate type and level of support required.
  • To support and encourage all our clients to take or retain control of their lives by involving them in the management of their care so that they are able to reach their optimum state of health and wellbeing.
  • To provide support for client’s carers, through assistance and temporary cover whilst the carer maybe has a break and takes time for themselves.
  • To work in partnership with health care professionals so that our clients receive a seamless synchronised service.
  • To empower, enable and assist in the rehabilitation of clients being discharged from hospital.
